We’re a neurodivergent family looking for help decluttering, organising, and setting up practical, easy-to-maintain systems in our home. Initial areas: kitchen and bedroom. We’re after more than a quick tidy, we want systems that actually work for neurodivergent brains (low effort, visible, realistic). I am battling with shame, guilt and thinking I can do this myself . I would like someone to help me cook 3-4 meals to prep for the week. Typically it has taken me me and a helper 5 hours to cook and clean up after. First session would be a trial to see how we work together. $30/hour. I do an induction before the trial and we have safety equipment on site. Kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of space for 2 people to work from. If trial 1 goes well you can come back for trial 2 so long as our current assistant isn’t available.
