I would like someone to help declutter my house please

The housekeeping job is potentially an ongoing one to service our AirBnB. We need to book in this first job for Monday 3rd May, then additional bookings will be made when guests book a stay. We really want to work with someone that is local, reliable and has good attention to detail. Housekeeping duties will involve the following after each guest stay: 1. Cleaning of a four-bedroom single level federation house, including 1.5 bathrooms 2. Changing linen for 1 king room, 2 queen rooms and a king single room (note: linen is professionally laundered and is picked up / delivered to the house) 3. Replenishment of supplies provided, including bathroom supplies, some kitchen supplies and limited supplies for a wood heater. 4. Checking for breakages, damage, noting when supplies are running low and reporting maintenance issues. A detailed housekeeping checklist is also available. A few photos of the house are provided.

I will keep this task open in case there is an operator who is available later.** Removal of rubbish from a private home. My apologies I have had to postpone due to significant family and health issues. Because of this setback, I am behind with photographs and planning. - Due date: Needs to be done IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

Woman in need with medical issues, 51 years young and Sky 23 year young daughter/carer need a sparkle clean in Kitchen and Bathroom, only. Their home inspection via real estate is on Tuesday 13th Sept! They moved in to their new home in Cessnock only 7 weeks ago! (They also put the rent up, is that even allowed?) Cleaning a newly built house tomorrow starting 730am. Will pay 40ph, estimate will take around 6 hours, happy to modify pay depending on time taken. Will be meeting in cessnock at 730am for 8am in Broke. We have all equipment necessary.
