Having a lunch for some friends and we need a helper to heat up and serve the food for about 18 visitors. Then clean up. Approx from 12 noon to 4 p.m.

Event day staff needed to clean up dishes and plates and help with cleaning the event during and after event. Food provided, return transport to the venue in Berambing. Pendle hill meet up at 7am and return back to Sydney at 7pm

Kitchen & Food Management • Plating: Arrange heated food and snacks on serving platters. • Grazing Table: Keep the table looking "full"—move items around to cover gaps as food is eaten. • Drink Station: Refill water jugs, ice buckets, and juice dispensers regularly. Continuous Tidying • Plate Run: Every 20 minutes, walk through the room to collect used napkins, plates, and glasses. • Bin Control: If the kitchen bin is 75% full, take it to the outdoor bins immediately so there is no smell/overflow. • Dishwasher: Keep the dishwasher running; wash "hand-wash only" items (like platters) so they can be reused. Final Wrap-Up • Pack any leftover food into Tupperware and put it in the fridge. • Wipe down all kitchen benches and the main food table. • Do a final sweep/vacuum of the main party area if needed.
