I need an experienced, proactive and organised person to help keep food service and the kitchen running smoothly and on track for 5 hours (6pm-11pm) at a 21st party for approx. 80-90 guests. Will include: Heating up and setting out prepared finger food, replenishing platters. Washing up, managing the dishwasher and helping with cake. Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy. Looking for someone to help keep everything on track without needing constant direction.

Having a birthday party for my son and I’m always in my kitchen not enjoying the party. I need someone to help in the kitchen dishes cut the cake serve around. Anything I ask to help to do. I will be providing paper plates plastic cups for the guests but there always still is things that need packing, tidying and throwing away.
