10-11.30pm SATURDAY 20th JUNE. Looking for 1 reliable and detail oriented assistant to help with wedding pack down duties after a reception event. Duties include: • Carefully clearing and rinsing hired crockery, cutlery and glassware • Removing food residue from plates and items • Carefully drying/stacking and repacking items into correct hire crates and boxes • Assisting with maintaining an organised and efficient pack down area • General kitchen/pack down assistance as directed Important: All hire items must be handled with extreme care. Any breakages, damage or missing items may incur charges from the hire company so attention to detail is essential. This role would suit someone with hospitality, kitchen hand, catering or event experience. Late night event pack down. Must be reliable, efficient and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Heating up and serving food and drinks, as well as cleaning/tidying up at a Halloween party. It’s a casual house party with average age of guests 35 to 55 years of age and for a change I’d rather chat to the guests rather than spend the whole night in the kitchen!!! Probably from 6.30 to 10.30 or 11pm. Happy to chat $$

Require a professional waiter and kitchen hand duo. Tasks are varied and would ask that the suitable person's are able - to attend to grazing table and non alcoholic beverages and ensure wedding guest needs are met while photos are being done at same location. Also after main meal buffet has been served clear guest tables of plates and cutlery and place into separate container's ready to be returned. At end of function to collect and place glasses into container's too. General tidy and clean kitchen area. Happy to discuss requirements with suitable applicants and payment.
