Christmas Dismantle Crew – Shopping Centres - Multiple positions We are seeking reliable and physically capable independent contractors to assist with Christmas dismantles across multiple shopping centres You will work as part of a crew responsible for the safe removal, packing, and handling of large-scale Christmas decorations and festive displays following the Christmas period. Work is primarily afternoon and evening / night shifts, and may involve both indoor and outdoor environments. Key Responsibilities • Assisting with the dismantle of large Christmas trees and festive displays • Removing, sorting, and packing decorations including: • Trees • Garlands • Wreaths • Decorative props and set pieces • Supporting the dismantle of large feature items (e.g. walk-through displays, oversized installations) • Correctly boxing and preparing items for storage • Working safely and efficiently as part of a team • Following site instructions, safety requirements, and schedules Work Environment • Shopping centres and retail precincts • Indoor and outdoor plaza areas • Afternoon and night-time shifts Pay & Engagement • Above industry standard rates for the right applicant • Up to $45 per hour (depending on experience, reliability, and capability) • High Risk / Licensed operators paid higher rates, dependent on: • Licence held • Skill and experience • Machinery actively operated • Engagement is on a contractor basis • ABN required • Payment via invoice • Hours vary by site and scope Requirements • Must have a valid ABN • Own transport is essential • Physically fit and capable of manual handling • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions • Available for afternoon and night shifts • Right to work in Australia This Role is Short-term, project-based work

Lots of climbing up and down a step ladder. Attention to detail ensuring the posters are all straight and aligned. $240 each person
