We are seeking two cleaners for our Airbnb properties in Fremantle. Must have strong attention to detail and be willing to work weekends. This is ongoing work, but needs to be flexible to work in with unpredictable bookings. Please see our requirements in the image and be sure you can meet them, including linen pick up and drop off. We pay a flat rate depending on the unit, from $110 for a one bedroom/1 bathroom, to $140 for a 2x1.5. You will be working individually on the same property each turnover, but trained in all three so that we can offer you extra work during busy times. Work is 10-3pm and occasionally there will be two units on the same day so living local would be a bonus.

After my departure (can be done in following days: looking for someone to loosely inventory my belongings (perhaps using photos/tech) then pack my items in such a way that if I require something- it can be easily found and posted to me. *bonus for someone who loves labelling* (total items is one room worth: mainly clothes that are already hanging etc. and some misc items.) We’re hoping to have a weekly house keeper to come in on a Monday and help with washing and ironing, put away clothes, assist with organising cupboards, clean out fridge and assess current stock levels of standard grocery items that we will provide and do a grocery shop of items that we need for week, general tidy of items and assist with smart organisation of house. Keen to book this in on a weekly basis.

Looking for 1 Tasker to assist with unpacking boxes and disposing of boxes and packaging into onsite skip bin for a large delivery, Job is for 1 day Note that there will be some stairs involved. All Palletised and to be unpacked, boxes flattened down and put into our onsite skip. You will be onsite with our assemblers. *some heavy lifting may be required to shift and open boxes, and some hand assembly will be required for some basic items. Must be physically fit. Must have Stanley knife, a large pair of scissors would be helpful, you will be required to wear closed toe shoes (steel cap is not essential) and appropriate clothing.
