We’re looking for a calm, organised and creative person to help reset and organise our girls’ bedrooms, toys and play spaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating functional, beautiful children’s spaces that support creativity, independent play and calmer daily rhythms. The first job would involve a larger toy and bedroom reset project, including sorting through a significant amount of toys and creating better systems moving forward, with the potential for occasional ongoing help if it’s the right fit. Tasks may include:• Sorting and organising toys into categories• Creating simple storage systems that are easy for children to maintain• Organising bedrooms, shelves, drawers and play spaces• Rotating toys and activities over time• Creating calmer, less overwhelming play environments• Organising books, craft supplies, dolls, puzzles, dress-ups etc.• Labelling baskets/storage where useful• Noticing what the girls are naturally interested in and helping support those interests through the environment• Suggesting simple activity ideas, storage improvements or items that may help the spaces function better• Helping create spaces that feel both functional and aesthetically calm We’d love someone who:• Is naturally organised and proactive• Has a creative eye and enjoys thoughtful children’s spaces• Understands how environment impacts play and behaviour• Can work independently and make practical suggestions• Is gentle and respectful with children’s belongings• Enjoys creating calm and order• Has experience as a nanny, organiser, teacher’s aide, early childhood educator, creative helper or similar (not essential, but a bonus)• Is reliable and trustworthy• Non-smoker• WWCC and/or police check preferred This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys helping family spaces feel calmer, easier to maintain, and more supportive for both children and parents.
