I need help organising and tidying my house! Family of three FT working parents. Need help to organise and tidying toy room, they are everywhere! Also need help folding and hanging up clean clothes. Additional assistance to put things away in the house and make fresh beds would be appreciated (no need to do washing). Must be available either today or tomorrow Thursday 6th August as we have guests coming. This will suit someone who loves organising!!

This is not an actual traditional cleaning task: This is for someone who is struggling mentally - you would not have to interact with them it's simply a recover/ refresh to try to help support them through a difficult time in their life. I have their consent/permission to do this. What would be required: -Room by room sort through clutter and throw away rubbish, put away items in their rightful homes/categories such as stationary, kitchen, bathroom etc -do loads of laundry 🧺 take to the laundry room in apartment complex to wash and then hang out when done -Clean out/throw away old food from fridge, do dishes, clear clutter in kitchen counter -Rubbish bags, laundry liquid, money for laundry will all be provided. Note***This is for someone who is struggling mentally - you would not have to interact with them it's simply a recover/ refresh to try to help support them through a difficult time in their life. I have their consent/permission to do this. If prearranged it's potentially possible to have it done mid morning on a week day if I get someone else to meet you there otherwise I've offered to organise and meet someone after work one evening.

Want to get my apartment cleaned relatively soon. It got pretty bad, and it's now too much for me to deal with. 3 rooms - a bedroom, office space, and the living room combined with the kitchen. Cleaners in the past have managed to get this all done in one hour, photos attached. I plan to have all the food waste removed and clothes picked up before anybody comes in. The pictures are not of the apartment in its current state, but it is a similar level of messy. Please let me know how soon you can get to this when you make an offer - would be amazing if I can get this done before Saturday evening.

Hi I need someone help to fold my clean laundry; organising my closets. Probably will take 1.5- 2 hours. $30 an hour. Will be home around 5 pm. So 5.30-7.30 pm is okay for me. Or later if not weekend is okay too. - Due date: Flexible

I need someone to help with our airbnb property located in Rivervale by doing all the things that I usually do (as we will be living over east). Please note i will be communicating in full with the guests and taking the bookings and this is not a cleaning job as we have permanent professional cleaners however some light cleaning duties are included.We will give you the dates and times months in advance - please note that some dates may change or more dates be added depending on bookings so someone who is flexible.You will arrive at the house immediately after the guests have checked out and before the cleaners have arrived. You will tidy up any dishes guest may have left out, strip the beds and place the linen in a large bag (at the end of the shift you will drop this bag of linen to Vic Park to the laundry company and collect the previous laundry and drop back to the house). You will check the house for cleanliness and report to me how the house was left (there will be a booklet with a checklist), remove any food left in fridge and check expiration dates on any condiments in fridge and pantry, empty bins, wipe over fridge and microwave, restock toilet paper, restock hand soaps, shampoo etc, place new towels in bathrooms, check furniture is in the correct places, tidying the kitchen cupboards making sure pots and pans are clean and everything is neat the linen and kitchen cupboards, topping up tea and coffee, leaving out guest hamper.Sometimes it may take you an hour to do these tasks other days it might take you 3+ hours depending on what needs doing.  Just general tidying and making sure everything is in its place for the next guests and reporting everything back to me so I know its running smoothly. I have a 3x2 unit with two bedroom and 1 bathroom. Need a reliable cleaner. Happy to pay $35 an hour. I work Monday to Friday so happy for you to do on the weekend. If not after 5.30 pm is fine on weekdays. I also have some cleaning equipment. Happy to provide. You just need your vacuum. For the long run, If you have national police clearance or any other similar documents. You can come during the day when I’m at work. PS: I have a dog, if you are scared of dog or allergic to dog.
