Foxtel IQ4 changeover from IQ2

Since Foxtel IQ4 was installed ( by my daughter ) in June there have been constant channel changes at varying lengths. TV appears ok but the IQ4 is constantly flickering and changing channels of its own accord. Recording has become a joke.
Replace Sonos sound bar “optical audio in” port

The optical audio in port on our Sonos sound bar is broken so the only way to hold the optical cable in place is with Gaffer tape or blue tack. Not sure if there is a replacement part or anyone has any clever ideas how to make the optical cable stay in place.

Need a 50 inch tv mounted on wall. Wall Plate is on wall and points are there. Also have TV Wall mount brackets which need to be fixed wall mount. TV currently has feet. Not sure if any other part is required for TV, may be missing a couple of screws but think everything is there. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 18 August 2023
