I need someone to put in a half head or full head (depending on budget) of hair extensions- my hair is very fine and thinning due to medications despite me taking biotin daily and topical scalp serums. I believe nano beads and/or the flat weft extensions are the best way to go to as far as the least amount of tension on my natural hair.
