I have a townhouse in Pascoe Vale that needs an hour or two of general tidy-ups, including: Front area: * Trim anything that's too long, especially overgrowing on to or over the steps. * Remove weed in gutter above garage door. * Wipe down hand rails up steps to door. * Wipe down front door and threshold thereof. * Sweep steps and up to door. Patio area out back: * Remove dead leaves. * Remove weeds (everything green, no matter whether it’s coming above or below the fence). * Repair corner of awning that has come down. * If possible, see if green algae colouring can be removed from along base of the fence line. Indoors: * General dusting. Downstairs is particularly dusty, as are the doors and windows. * Remove dust from bath upstairs. * Remove dust from carpet in corner of one of the bedrooms. * See if you can work out why the upstairs bathroom cupboard won't close, and fix if possible. * This will sound strange, but there are a few items of mail piled around the front door; please open them (you have my permission). If it's junk, throw it away. If it looks important, please take a photo (see below). See attached photos (only showing patio area, unfortunately). The general goal is to get this place spick-and-span and ready for human habitation again! Task involves: * Text to arrange to pick up keys from real estate agent, just up the road in Glenroy. * Perform tidy-ups as described above. * Remove waste and return keys to agent afterwards. * Take a few general photos and email for me to release payment (front area and back patio at minimum). I have a small yard on my property and it has become quite overgrown as I've been away. I would like for someone to come and remove the weeds, including a large bird of paradise and prune some branches that are scratching my neighbour's window. I would also like the path and the patio pressure washed, though this could be listed as a separate job if necessary so if you don't have the expertise or tools for both then just tell me. The yard can only be accessed via the house so the job would need to be done whilst we're home. I work during the week but my partner works from home on Mondays and Wednesdays. Or it could be completed over a weekend. This is not an urgent job so could fit into your schedule whenever you are available. I have limited gardening gear so it would be great if you could bring your own. I can get bags to store any weeds that you can't fit into the green bin though, should this be needed, though I would prefer it if you could remove the waste yourself, if that is a service you provide.
