My timber console table got damaged from heat. Looking for a carpenter to sand it back and colour match the varnish.

I have 4x chairs that have gotten loose overtime. I’ve already tried tightening nuts and bolts but they need more maintenance. 2x chair seat base are coming out as pictured. Grooves have become loose so just tightening won’t do. Some sort of stuffing will be required. Expert carpenter will need to have a look please.
