Shang originally agreed to come to our place to help us move at 10-11am. Called asking to push it til 3-4. Didn’t show up til 4:30. Then he and his helpers took over an hour to load their van with a few (yes large) items. It shouldn’t have taken this long. Shang realised he had to do two trips and wanted to charge more money. Didn’t finish the job, left half of the bed frame in our garage. Took 3 hours to do she job which was all local.
