It doesn't have to be perfect but, I will ask that all surfaces are dusted, including ceilings, floors are vacuumed and mopped adequately, and where reasonable mould is scrubbed from the bathroom, the taps and basin wiped down, and the oven, stove top and splashback are all left spotless.
