Hot water system is producing hot water, but certain taps start hot then go warm after a few seconds. Issue affects upstairs bathroom (vanity and shower -no mixer) and laundry. Kitchen tap stays hot. The release water flush valve on outside heater releases very hot water Flow is strong and consistent, only temperature drops. Started immediately after turning mains water off and back on. Suspect temperature / mixing valve issue in system. Looking for diagnosis and fix

2 small items to take care of 1. I have damaged scotia on Hybrid flooring around the stone benchtop which needs replacing. About 2 x 1 metre pieces on each sides of benchtop and 4-5 small pieces on edges. Matching scotia material is available, needs help cut and affix. 2. The bullnose on 2 steps of floor has damages. Needs to supply matching material and replace the bullnose on 2 steps

Handyman needed repair shifted and gapped laminate/hybrid floorboards in two areas (corner and near doorway). ​ ​A previous (now fixed) air-con leak caused boards to swell/arch and shift. Boards are dry but have left gaps. There is plaster/construction debris inside the grooves that needs to be vacuumed out. ​ Need to clean locking tracks, realign the boards, and get them to sit flat. I have NO spare boards and ok with possible purchase of new ones if needed. If a board is too damaged happy to "borrow" a good board from a hidden spot and swap it with the visible damaged one. ​ Would help with suction floor puller or pull-bar, ​experience with "click-lock" floor repairs would be good. Might need ​shop-vac/vacuum to clear the grit from the tracks before resetting.
