My sliding door frequently jumps off its track, making it difficult to open and close. I need someone experienced to diagnose the cause and provide a reliable fix. The door is of wood frame with glass.

Stump grinding required for 5 stumps shown in the photos. We have small access on our property so you would need a small machine that can enter through a standard sized front door and then go down the hallway to the back garden where all 5 stumps are located.

Cement some pavers on front steps in place (that have come loose). Have tried glueing them but is only a temporary fix and have to redo again and again. When the steps were put in a few years ago, it seems adhesive was used and it doesn’t hold them.
