Angle grind 2 old posts down below wall level, so the gaps can be filled with concrete and left safe. Finish angle grinding the tops of 3 limestone pillars so they sit level with the wall.

I would like an experienced and qualified plumber to do some maintenance. I need to have the following work done: - service 2 flick mixers (replacement of cartridges). - remove 2 x pop-up plug and waste & replace with standard waste (with overflow). - remove 4 x small under sink taps & replace them. - replace 2 x sets of shower taps. - replace 1 x set of bath taps. I will supply the taps for shower & bath, including the 40mm wastes. I am hoping to pick up the order this week. Since I’m not sure what is needed for the flick mixer, I would like you to supply the cartridge and another washers. I also like you to supply the under sink taps as well. The bathroom flick mixers don’t have much pressure, so I would like them checked for any blockages.

AEG Favorit dishwasher (Model: FEB27200PM, PNC: 911414392/01). The dishwasher door keeps opening by itself during the wash cycle, causing the machine to stop. I have to push the door firmly closed to get it running Interestingly the door closes properly once the cycle has finished. Need someone to remove the remaining tree/shrub stumps and roots from my backyard. Most of the trees and bushes have already been cut down, but there are several stumps and established root systems still in the ground, including along the fence line. The job includes removing the remaining stumps and removing as much of the root systems as reasonably possible, along with clearing any shrubs, vines and regrowth along the fence line. Please remove all resulting green waste and leave the area reasonably level and clean, ready for future landscaping. Please bring your own suitable tools and equipment. I’m reaching out to enquire about a repair for my Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones (model YY2954). The hinge/swivel connecting one of the earcups to the headband has broken and separated. The headphones themselves are otherwise still functioning normally, so I believe it may just require replacement of the hinge/swivel assembly. I’ve attached a photo showing the damage for reference. **Fabrication Work — House Stumps (120 Units)** We have a fabrication job available in our workshop for an experienced MIG welder. The work involves assembling and welding 120 house stumps using pre-cut 60mm round galvanised pipe (1,200mm lengths) with a 75mm x 75mm x 4mm angle iron cap (150mm long) welded to the top of each pipe. A jig is already set up to hold the angle section in position during welding, making the job straightforward and consistent. You'll be using a quality three-phase MIG welder with gas shielding in a fully equipped workshop — all tooling and materials are supplied. We're looking for someone with solid MIG welding experience who can produce clean, strong welds on galvanised and mild steel. A trade background or fabrication experience is preferred, but the right person doesn't need to hold a formal ticket — just know how to run a proper bead. This initial run of 120 stumps could lead to ongoing work for the right person.

Laundry plumbing – replace cut pipe and connect to tap I’m looking for a plumber to replace a section of pipe in my laundry that has been cut and reconnect it properly to the laundry tap. The existing pipe will need to be replaced and fitted to the tap with the appropriate connections. I’d like the connection checked to make sure everything is secure and leak-free. Please bring any required pipe, fittings and tools. I can provide photos of the current setup before the job if needed.

**Price obviously negotiatable. Ensuite shower taps turn the wrong way. My father in law fixed our taps as water was dripping - problem was fixed but he somehow changed them and they turn the opposite way to turn them on. Turn them clockwise to turn shower on when taps usually turn anticlockwise.
