Find a local electric car service expert in Outer East Melbourne

Hi This is a bit of an unusual one. I am a disabled person & I ride a recumbent trike. I have a LWB Caddy Cargo Van that I want to use to transport the trike around Melbourne, Victoria, & beyond. The trike fits well & I have wheel chair ramps I can use to roll it up & into the van. I dont have the strength to do this & have decided the best way would be to install a small boat winch (electric, with remote) on the cabin wall & use this to winch the trike in. It is 2m long & weighs 35kg. I am looking for someone who would love to do a rewarding project like this, figure out exactly how it would work & then wire, install, test etc. I am yet to buy the winch but have done research of plenty. If this is of interest, please let me know.

The device is not powering on, I believe there is something wrong with the power in port or something within the board has blown. I’m a sparky and did some continuity tests but don’t work with a lot of electronic circuits, so unsure what I’m really looking at. Not sure what I’m looking at price wise so price is a guess. The front passenger window does not wind up from the passenger side the driver needs to wind this up (it does wind down from that side) the rear passenger side works ok from behind but the driver cannot role that up need an auto electrician or someone who knows electrical car issues

BMW E46 2000 Convertible. 3 Electrical Issues presented after battery completely died and got recharged again then put back into the car. 3 Issues: 1. INSTRUMENT CLUSTER DOESNT WORK - The cluster lights up but besides that nothing works. Not the gauges or odometer. I have taken the cluster to see if it can be repaired. Remaining 2 Issues are what I need some help with diagnosing/ repairing 2. Convertible Roof wont Open / Close - Red Light just flashes. Checked the fuses etc and boot space. Not sure if its a module or the motor or something else? 3. Stereo Head Unit wont come on at all. - Completely dead. Doesnt comes on. Not sure if these issues are all linked or completely seperate and I have no idea where to start looking or how to find out Any help would be really appreciated!
