I have a 1 tonne bag of sand being delivered today between 12-2pm. Once that arrives I would contact you to come and I would like it moved in a wheelbarrow from the nature strip to a path down the end of the house (it needs to be laid along the path). New wheelbarrow and shovel will be provided for the job, suggest you bring gloves and anything else you need. The path you need to take from the road to back of the house is a flat driveway. I would estimate given that a standard bag of sand is 20kg that can be carried by hand, you might need to do approx 20 trips with the wheelbarrow? I would guesstimate the distance from road to path is about 30m. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 19 August 2023

Need to remove front and rear lawns and re turf with some extra sand and soil and then Sir Walter. Front lawn is 9.3metres by 7.6 metres. Rear lawn is 12.7 metres by 16.5 metres. Level Access to front and rear lawns by small truck and bobcat with extra topsoil and bobcat to spread is available. Need extra 40mm of sand soil mix on front lawn and 20mm of sand soil on rear lawn.

44 m2 of soil around a granny flat needs to be broken up so 2 cubic meters of compost and three bags of clay breaker can be added an mixed in for preparation of new turf. - Due date: Before Thursday, 16th Dec 2021

Remove 2 cubic metres of soil plus 2 cubic metres of brick waste plus 20sqm of tiles (to be demolished tomorrow) from rear of house to 6 cubic metre bin on front driveway. Narrow access 560mm down side of house so waste will probably need to be carried by bucket (15L builders buckets on site) down side of house or through house. If you have a narrow wheelbarrow please bring it! We will try to source one also. Time to do task 6 hours an estimate only. Happy to pay agreed hourly for however long it takes to complete task.
