Hello, I need help removing concrete builder rubble from the front of my site. The goal is to clear the front of the block of rubbish so the scaffolding can sit neatly on the front boundary and that Urban Utilities can measure the water meter when they need to. At the moment the rubble pile is on top of the metre, just to the right of my driveway.
