See request for details. Open to alternate suggestions. Planning a full day of wine / distillery visits in the Hunter Valley on Wednesday as I'm hosting a friend from NZ. We are staying at Mercure HV Gardens. I had originally mapped an itinerary based on the ihop shuttle but thinking now that a private driver may be a better option for greater flexibility if we wrap up a tasting session early. Planning to visit: Hunter Distillery, Comyns & Co, lunch at Cafe Enzo or Bimbadgen for woodfire pizza, Bimbadgen, Peter Drayton, Audrey Wilkinson (for the view; I know this wasn't possible to visit on the ihop shuttle) and wrap at Goldfish for later afternoon cocktail then dinner.
