Looking for an experienced draftsperson, building designer or architect to prepare concept plans and provide preliminary advice for the renovation and extension of an existing single-storey dwelling in, Greenacre. The existing floor plan is attached. I would like two design options prepared and assessed for council/CDC compliance, setbacks, structural feasibility and overall functionality.
