Find an experienced dessert caterer in NSW

I am looking for Senior Patisserie Chef, that create a 7 item dessert menu for mass consumption. We are opening a dessert parlour, the item need to be catered towards the Asian palate, so we do not want the taste to be overly sweet. The desserts need to for mass consumption, therefore the items need to be able to be pre prepared in the morning / arvo for plating and serving in the afternoon/ evening

Need an experienced chef , I am organising a 30 people Xmas party and would like a chef to coordinate the different competing teams cooking competition and possibly make a dessert for everyone during that process ? We will be at a commercial kitchen in Riley street and the chef needs to be there 12-5 approx or 4

I run a picnic club on Facebook and I’m hosting a sit down boho Xmas picnic in Darling Point on the 25 of Nov. Looking for someone who can do an Asian/ western inspired menu and I’m open to your ideas. All the food will need to be delivered to the park between 11am and 12pm on the day. 15 women altogether. Lunch (eg mini burgers, large salad, skewers, fried rice etc) Dessert (2 options and fruit platter, fancy cupcakes or Christmas inspired desserts) Have uploaded the type of food we have had in the past for inspiration.
