Need the back deck of the house to be repaired. Some of the timber is loose and needs to be fitted in firmly. Not looking for replacement of whole deck. Need it done in a reasonable price. Pictures attached.

Wanting 2 or 3 short timber boards replaced on our deck. 2 x boards on our deck have rotted and starting to rot. Other boards are in good condition, so looking to just replace these two boards, they are short. Will need equipment and if possible source the boards. Bottom baluster of a side deck rail has rotted. (Approx 1345mm length) Needs replacing. Also need a 1200mm timber brace replaced under stairway threshold.

Outdoor deck repair and restore.

Our deck surface is in very good condition but we have concerns about the underpinnings and supports. There is NO evidence of rot or decay and the deck seems strong We need someone to quote on this repair back up to current standards

Repair deck. Some Boards and possibly some support beams need replacing. Deck itself is probably. Some soft spots so cross support beams likely the culprit

I need a patch of deck to be rebuilt as shown I the picture. The previous decking had to be cut out as the wood underneath had rotted. The new decking needs to be built as shown by the blue shape in picture 2. The current deck boards are 90mm and I would like for similar ones to be used for this job. The framing underneath would also have to be rebuilt. The job is for procurement of needed materials and labour. I would like this to be done as soon as possible but flexible on days and time of the day.
