I have a timber deck that is a few years old and needs some repairs. A number of the deck boards have come loose as the screws are no longer holding properly at the joining sections. I suspect the underlying support structure may not have been built with treated timber, which could be causing the issue. The job will involve: Securing the loose deck boards Replacing a couple of the support beams underneath with treated timber Looking for someone experienced in deck repairs who can assess and fix the issue properly.

I have a 9 x 2.5 -4 m deck that has been damaged by a fungus. The damage is on the newest part of the deck which was an extension. I'm told that it was likely cheap &/or untreated timber used. The damaged deck will need to be removed & replaced. Depending on how the deck is rebuilt, the undamaged may also need to be removed & replaced. The cross bearers underneath on the extension is affected but the down weight holding bearers do not seem to be affected. I'm looking for someone to possibly remove the affected deck & rebuild it.
