Replace one damaged timber post/beam The damaged timber (highlighted in the photo) needs to be removed and replaced with new treated pine. 3. Sand and restain the entire deck Full sanding of all deck surfaces. Apply stain/oil to restore the finish. I can provide more photos for reference and I’m happy for you to inspect onsite before quoting. Please bring all necessary tools. Materials can be included in the quote.

I have a 9 x 2.5 -4 m deck that has been damaged by a fungus. The damage is on the newest part of the deck which was an extension. I'm told that it was likely cheap &/or untreated timber used. The damaged deck will need to be removed & replaced. Depending on how the deck is rebuilt, the undamaged may also need to be removed & replaced. The cross bearers underneath on the extension is affected but the down weight holding bearers do not seem to be affected. I'm looking for someone to possibly remove the affected deck & rebuild it.

Small timber deck needs repairing. The timber slats at the top are in good condition and can be re-used, but the timber footings/supports appear rotted and require replacement. It’s at the side of the house so needs to be functional but does not need to look amazing. Deck size is 183 wide X 242 long.

One of my wooden windows is rotted and needs to be repaired. I have attached photos of the window below for your reference. I have already cleaned out the rotted wood and exposed the solid wood underneath. The next step is to repair and restore the window frame.
