The repair must be strictly constructed using reinforced concrete to prevent the subsidence and cracking seen in the existing slab. * Pour & Finish: Pour the new concrete to sit completely flush with the adjacent newer slab. Apply a broom/brush finish to match the existing texture and ensure slip resistance. Mandatory Requirements: * Certification: You must hold a valid NSW contractor license. A trade certificate of compliance for the structural concrete works must be provided upon completion. * Warranty: The successful Airtasker must provide a written workmanship and materials warranty guaranteeing against early failure, cracking, or sinking. * Tools & Materials: You must supply all required tools, concrete, steel mesh, formwork, and labor.
