U8 Boys Soccer Team seeking Coach for mid-week training sessions from 4-5pm on either Thursdays or Fridays from the end of March through the end of August. The kids play on Saturdays but just seeking midweek coach to run training sessions during the season for 12 boys. If you’re available for games on Saturdays, that’s a bonus and you’ll be paid for your time, but midweek training is the primary focus. Thanks!

I’m looking to improve my swimming. I learnt to swim as a child and know the basics (mainly breaststroke), but I’d like to upskill and properly learn freestyle/front crawl. I finish work in the CBD at 5pm, so I’m available most evenings after that. Ideally looking for someone experienced who can help with technique and teach me the basics.

Coach - League Tag Football U16 Girls One training session (Monday evening) and one game per week (Saturday afternoon) weekly until end August. Four hours a week. Pre-Game and Half-Time: Coaches offer team tactics and provide guidance for player performance. During Game: sit on the bench and observe. Can offer encouragement but no directions. During Training Sessions: This is the primary time for providing structured guidance, through small-sided games to encourage learning, using video analysis or direct observation to correct techniques, and breaking down skills into manageable stages. Accreditation: 3 hours online & 3 hours face-to-face. Support: Our club has an awesome coaching coordinator to provide support & training where required. Volunteer Working with Children Check required. Experience with coaching or playing rugby league preferred.

Looking for a private surf coach for ongoing lessons. Ideally: • 2 sessions per week – Tuesday & Thursday • 90 minutes per session • Start time around 6:30am–7:00am • Located in or around Newcastle (I’m based in Merewether but happy to travel up to 30 mins depending on conditions) I’m looking to improve consistently, so ideally someone experienced who can help with technique, positioning and progression over time, not just a one-off lesson. In the short term it would help if you have a spare board I can use, but I’m happy to buy my own fairly quickly if needed.
