The loft is accessed via a fixed fold-down ladder. Only part of the ceiling is floored, so careful footing is essential to avoid stepping between beams or damaging the ceiling below. Photos are provided for context. Your task will be to: • Safely carry all items down the ladder • Move them through the house to the front room for sorting I estimate this will take around 4 hours. If we finish early, I may ask you to return sorted items to the loft. This job requires someone fit, agile, and confident working in tight attic spaces. Due to my age it is no longer safe for me to be carrying boxes down a ladder so I’m looking for someone reliable and careful.
