The unit is vacant and this should be a less than 2-hour task. Tasks are as below: Around and on all light switches & powerpoints Around all door handles & edges of doors need to be wiped down Walls need to be wiped down/spot cleaned, lounge room, bedrooms & laundry Skirting boards throughout need to be wiped Fan in bed1, fan in lounge room Kitchen: fronts of cabinets around handles in kitchen, edges/side of doors in kitchen drawers, front and inside glass on oven, sink drain, overall sink needs to be wiped down, front of exhaust fan Toilet: inside, seat & front/side of toilet, floors & tops of tile skirtings Bathroom: inside vanity, top of cabinet doors, basin, RHS of tap, shower curtain, bath tub, power point Photos of each task completed will be required to report back to the property manager.
