🧼 ASSISTANT CLEANER NEEDED Post-Construction Cleaning – Russell Island I’m looking for a reliable, respectful assistant cleaner to help with a post-construction clean for reputable builders on Russell Island 😊 You’ll be working alongside me onsite, and I’ll guide you through all tasks. 👉 I’ll also be cleaning on site as the lead cleaner. 🧽 Tasks include: • Dusting walls using a telescopic duster only (no ladder work) • Preparing windows for final clean: • Dusting internal window frames • Removing sticky residue • No blade scrapers to be used • Cleaning cupboards: • Spray, wipe, then wipe dry using clean microfibre cloths 🧴 What’s provided: ✔️ All cleaning supplies & equipment ✔️ Plenty of clean microfibre cloths ✔️ Clear instructions and onsite support 👟 What to bring: • Closed footwear • Change of clothes (just in case) • Lunch/snacks if needed ⏱ Pay & hours: 💰 $35 per hour ⏳ Approx. 7 hours 📍 Location & transport: • Russell Island • Ideally suits someone based around Redland Bay • Parking at the marina can be difficult • Hourly bus from Garden City Shopping Centre to the marina • Ferry to Russell Island • 🚗 I’ll pick you up from the Russell Island ferry terminal 🤍 About the role: • Post-construction cleaning • Working with reputable builders • Working under my direction as the lead cleaner • Must be respectful, detail-oriented, and happy to follow instructions 📩 If interested, please message me with a short introduction about yourself and any cleaning experience you have. $35p/h with ABN
