I have just completed minor renovations in a 4 bedrooms house and the existing, old floor tiles are now very dirty! The grout has about 20 years of dirt in it and they need to be vacuumed, scrubbed (not just mopped) and the grout scrubbed thoroughly with a strong bleaching product. The skirting boards and corners also need a good scrub. I think you will probably need to have suitable equipment for this job as there is caked in dirt and some small bits of paint on the floors e.g. an industrial scrubber or something similar! There are 4 bedrooms (three with no furniture in them), a long hallway, and a kitchen that need to be done. There is also the living room that has old laminate floors that will need to be scrubbed as they are very dirty too and also has some paint on it! See the pictures of the rooms for a guide.
