Posting on behalf of someone , the guy is an oldie and has a lot of junk and trash in the yard and home. He is moving houses so has ordered containers which will arrive Monday. He can afford $150 a day to help load the container up. Hopefully a days job if not maybe two days. The house is neglected and not hygienic. Needs to be asap

I need a very experienced end of lease cleaner with good reviews for a very picky landlord. Private house rental and she expects the place to be absolutely pristine. Will need to clean just one Venetian blind in the bathroom, wide slats. Both showers will need thorough clean, especially GROUT on the shower walls. The four bedrooms are already cleaned so won’t need to be done at all. Carpets replaced already so they won’t need to be touched . Fresh paint so walls and door frames don’t need to be touched. There are no skirting boards. Oven is already clean, As well as overhead range. Gas cook top will need to be cleaned, just the four black elements. Grout already booked to be cleaned. Garden will be done by someone else. Pressure washing outside already done. So there’s really not a huge amount to be done but I need it detail cleaned with focus on showers. Inner and outer cupboards in kitchen and laundry to be detail cleaned. Will pay extra if you’re a professional window cleaner too. Cleaning inside and outside of window as well as tracks.
