Hello, We are looking for someone to do a deep rent inspection clean for a medium sized house in Maylands. I currently have a back injury, so I’m looking for someone who will be super thorough as I can’t help with the majority. *please note, no bedrooms need cleaning* Areas: large open plan kitchen/dining/butlers pantry and lounge room. All floors are tiled. There is one rug in the lounge room. 1 x Entry room and hall way (all tiled) 1 x theatre room. Carpeted with some marks on carpet. 1x hallway all tiles and no furniture 2 x bathrooms. 1 is a small seperate bathroom and the other is part of an ensuite Windows in all the rooms. Tasks: full clean of these rooms please and wipe down and dust all surfaces. Oven and stove top in the kitchen need cleaning. Mopping, vacuuming etc. Plus attention to small details like dusting widow ledges, skirting and cleaning light switches etc. If someone is able to help with some general tidy/organising of the pantry etc that would be amazing. Noteworthy: We have three cats that are friendly and indoor only. Please use care when entering and exiting the e. We also have a small fish tank so please don’t use sprays near the tank.

Clean 1 bedroom apartment (Likely to become a regular monthly clean) Need to be done anytime before next Wednesday (7th September) but flexible with days. Need to have own Equipment. Prefer eco friendly (no harsh chemicals) Kitchen - clean down surfaces (FYI stone benchtop) - wipe down appliances - clean inside outside microwave - clean cupboards (just the outside is fine) - clean inside oven and the range hood (not super dirty, happy to share photos) - clean wall/tiles (most wall inc splashback is tiled) - vac/mop floor tiles Bathroom - clean vents x2 - clean shower and glass doors - clean/dust all surfaces (fully tiled bathroom) - clean toilet - European laundry (if any tools to clean/dust under and around washing machine? It’s a tight area) - vac/mop floor tiles 1 bedroom - vacuum carpet - clean mirrored robe doors Lounge - vacuum carpet, rug & 2 seater couch - dust/wipe down furniture - dust/wipe down blinds Balcony - 2 sets of doors (windows cleaned recently so just dusting and wipe down frames) - clean tiled balcony floor, walls, balustrade (sweep/mop) Throughout - dust/ wipe down skirting boards - dust/wipe down door frames - Due date: Before Tuesday, 6 September 2022

Looking for a cleaner to help do a spring clean of my 3x1 house in Maylands. It is relatively small, with open living / dining / kitchen / laundry area. General clean includes surfaces, vacuum and mop floors, clean shower (including glass), bathroom and toilet. Usually a full clean would take 2-3 hours; willing to pay ~$25-30 per hour.
