Doesn't matter what time you finish - 4 carpeted bedrooms to be vacuumed & shampood - Tiled floor of entire house needs to be deep cleaned by a machine that will bring up dirt that's caused tiles to appear darker than they are 🔹️Near new house needing a deep clean of tiles. Has not been scrubbed which is very much needed. Note you will need to clean right along where the tiles meet the wall skirting as there has been food/drink spills 🔹️Needing a professional who will not cause any damage to the skirting, tiles, carpet etc & has great reviews please 🔹️Tiled area is foyer, hallway, laundry, two bathrooms, toilet, kitchen, dining If any other information is required for accurate quoting please let me know. Pricing I've placed is just a starting mark - please place your quote according to the information I've provided. Please see photos, however it is not an easy task for a mop/bucket or steam mop. Please note this house is empty completely empty. This is not a complete bond clean. The house was given to us un-cleaned and house will be demolished by developers. Majority of rooms were quickly cleaned before inspections last week and this is the complete list they are asking for for return of bond. Kitchen - wipe inside/outside all kitchen cupboards; clean inside/outside of oven, cook top, grill and range hood; Wash inside/outside of dishwasher; damp wipe all kitchen bench tops; vacuum and mop floors; clean and shine sink and taps with Jif; damp wipe window ledges, skirting boards and door frames. Bathroom & ensuite - Vacuum and mopping of floors; Wipe and disinfect toilet; clean and disinfect shower screen and tiles; clean bathroom walls; clean and disinfect bathroom sinks; wipe all counters; clean mirrors; wipe skirting boards and door frame; dust air vent; bathtub wiped and disinfected . Outdoor laundry - Sweep & mop floors; SPOT clean walls; wash sink and cupboards. Bedrooms (4), Lounge and Dining room - Vacuum and mop; clean mirrors; remove cobwebs; clean windows; dust and wash window sills and ledges; vacuum carpet edges; spot cIean inside cupboards and built in wardrobes, spot clean walls, doors, and Iight switches for finger marks and scuff marks. Hallway - Vacuum and mop; wipe skirting boards and door frame; SPOT clean Walls; remove cobwebs. Dusting - Cobwebs; light fittings; all skirting boards; fans; air conditioning units filter.
