Detailed cleaning check-list attached for clarity. Regular cleaner weekly or fortnightly required. House on Great Mackerel Beach is accessible only by ferry or boat. Expect clean will take 4 hours. There are 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, shower only, no bath. Going forward, rate will be $50 per hour and we will pay ferry costs or if we are there, we will collect you by boat and take you to the property. Prefer someone who is familiar with the area as this will be a regular clean.
