Lots of dusting x1 room..A wipe down through out the home. I don’t expect you to go over board as my elderly parents have been in this house for 30yrs. Just need it tidied up and x3 rooms of carpet and underlaid ripped up (loose laid) remove anything from the home the Salvation Army don’t take. Rubbish for removal would be roughly two trailer loads. 3 bedroom (small house) Cans, metal and out door stuff to take if you want them. Very very dusty x1 room!!
