Looking for an ongoing fortnightly cleaner (2 story house). Brigadoon, Perth. Day of the week is flexible. $35/hour - 5hr one fortnight (downstairs only), then 7hr the following fortnight (downstairs and upstairs) This Airtasker job covers the downstairs cleaning. If happy, we can make an ongoing arrangement for cleaning outside of Airtasker. DOWNSTAIRS (5 hours): - 4 bedrooms (3 kids bedrooms = only floors vacuumed and beds made; master bedroom = floors and dusting) - 2 bathrooms (1 has a bath & shower, the other only had a shower) & 2 toilets - kitchen = wipe over benches, splashback, sink, cupboard doors, outside of the fridge, microwave etc - lounge & dining room = wipe TV cabinet and coffee table, wipe couch if dirty, wipe table if dirty, dust cabinet/buffet Upstairs (2 hours): - 1 bedroom (vacuum and dust) - 2 offices (vaccum only) - 1 bathroom & 1 toilet - kitchen = wipe benches, splashback, and outside of the fridge - lounge room = wipe coffee table, dining table, and dust cabinet -stairway = vacuum and mop, wipe handprints from walls Occasional additional bits and pieces if time allows - wipe hallway walls, wipe doors etc Must have recent police clearance (within 1 year)
