This is a break lease for a 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom home in Alexandra Hills. This family have young neurodivergent children, and the mother is having pregnancy complications. This has made deep cleaning impossible for the family. I am helping them move, but don’t have capacity for the clean, so I am willing to pay what I can. All the usual vacate cleaning, including oven, walls and windows. The clean will need to be this Sunday, as the real estate is doing an open house on Monday. I am open to paying $400 for around 8 hours work on Sunday, but I can not stretch my budget further unfortunately. We are have a 40th Birthday Party on the 22nd November. A friend of our is hosting at her house. We wanted to pay a cleaner on the 23rd as a thank you. Will mostly be the downstairs and outside pergola area. Clearing away drink bottles, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping and taking rubbish to rubbish bins.
