It’s a three-level property with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an internal laundry, a back courtyard, balcony, plus 2 secure car spaces. Floors are a mix of timber and tile – there’s no carpet. The clean needs to meet real estate standards and include a deep clean of all areas. This includes: - Wiping down all walls, skirting boards, doors, and windows (inside and out where accessible) - A thorough kitchen clean, including oven, cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher, all cupboards (inside and out), benchtops, and splashbacks - Deep clean of the main bathroom and ensuite –tiles, grout, shower screens, bath, toilets, and vanities - Cleaning laundry sink, cupboards, and benchtops - Cleaning built-in wardrobes and drawers in both bedrooms - Dusting light fittings, removing cobwebs, vacuuming and mopping all floors - Sweeping the back courtyard and cleaning the balconies. We're looking for someone to safely and thoroughly remove mould from our skylights located above a staircase in our home. The skylights are situated above a tall stairwell, so you will need the appropriate equipment to safely access and clean them (e.g. tall ladder, extension pole). Mould appears to be on just the surrounding frame. Please bring your own cleaning supplies and safety gear.
