We have a 6 seater solid wood dining table. We bought it at an antique store, and it has an old industrial finish as it was once a chemistry lab school table 60 years ago. The wood is solid. The legs are wrought iron. No work is needed on the legs. The table top needs to be modernised. Sanding, polishing, keeping the grainy look, but removing all trace of stains etc, a sleek modern look rather than the industrial finish. New colour stain and varnish in the end. The 6 chairs have a black frame and the seat and back are made of jute fibre with lots of stains. Needs to be reupholstered with either leather or waterproof fabric for a modern look. - Due date: Flexible

We have 6 x outdoor chairs. Wood and painted white. They are in good condition but are in need of a sand back and then re-painted white. Happy with hand or spray painting. All materials will need to be provided by the person the task is awarded to. Thank you - Due date: Flexible

Bought these Kodu buffet/ cupboards that require two people to put together and it says one hour per buffet. We’ve done half of one and got stuck so it would be one and a half (basically), plus a baby’s high chair needing to be assembled. The one we’ve started (pics below) we put the back on the wrong way so would need to unscrew and put on the other side and then continue - we have putty to fill up the holes with. A two-person job! Outdoor setting needs sanding and painting gloss black. Please provide drop sheets for doing the job onsite or they can be picked up and done at your premises and returned when finished. I am happy to pay for paint costs separately as required with a store receipt provided.
