It's a make shift bedroom photo studio tennis racket storage room. Just need the contents removed as I am converting it to just a bedroom. Happy to pay $35 an hour. Just to be moved just to the library room like five metres away. However the single bed needs probably to be moved downstairs into the basement garage.
