Headlight restoration budget $100

Looking for someone reliable & experienced that can do one or both of the following 1x headlight restoration. Headlight is foggy and need to to look new Dent in bonnet fixed, bonnet was struck by football and left a dent. Affected area Stretches from my hand to the RHS of the picture. Land Rover Discovery 4 Happy to negotiate price for both but put $100 as a starting point

My very old Mazda 2 has headlights are badly in need of restoration as they have become far too dim when driving at night. Given the age of the car, and the fact that I do not drive it much at all (it's our 'errands' car rather than our main one), I'd rather not have to spend the $800 I've been quoted to replace them! So, I'm keen to hear from anyone who could work on them at our place (we have plentiful on street parking as well as off street parking, with access to power and water), and who feels they could refurb them enough to avoid the need for a replacement (acknowledging that there's no way they can be brought back to as-new condition given the car's age). Happy to pay extra if you're up for also cutting/polishing the bonnet and other dull paint patches around the car's front end. :)

Headlight restoration, oxidation is inside of headlights. Parking lights issue. It will turn on when low beams are off, when I turn on the low beams it turns off the daylight. I can pay extra if you will be able to fix the other electrical issues. Thanks
