The are a few pools of engine oil leak on each floor (from where the vehicle was parked) and one dotted trail connecting both (from when vehicle moved from basement to ground floor).

I’ve removed the engine from my 2010 BMW S1000RR and need help reinstalling a replacement engine. The old engine has already been taken out — I just need the new one installed and aligned properly with all mounts, connections, and wiring reattached. Preferably someone with experience working on sport bikes or BMW motorcycles. I have access to tools, but happy to work with you if you prefer using your own. Location is Southern River.
