My car broke down out of nowhere. It’s a 2004 Camry 2.4l automatic transmission. Recently serviced with oil and filter change. Radiator was also replaced after a leak was found. The car was running very smoothly. No sound no issues. Then suddenly while driving I started hearing heavy knocking sound. The engine was not pushing power when I press throttle. I pulled over, checked the engine bay and heard the knocking sound coming from inside the engine. RAA guy said this could be crankshaft and advised not to start car. I need a proper diagnosis before I send the car into shop.

Howdy, My dial selector is abit dicky, and no matter what position air only comes out feet and window dash vents - nothing out the face vents Had previous oil leak on car which is now fixed but heavy oil under car around sump and a slightly up drivers side of engine block. Can supply degreaser 2011 GU patrol

Suspect blown engine on bf ford falcon mk2 that has turbo conversion , do a diagnostic and confirm engine is seized and if so supply and install new engine ( if engine isn’t seized repair if easier job then new engine ) Can negotiate in person for whole job , !!!So for now just a diagnosis I will pay for!!!!!

We can spray in my garage but even better if you have access to a booth, and even better if you can spray some extra components at the same time (pedals, etc). Can get the car to your booth. Hi, I need small engine specialist near Belair in Adelaide SA. I have. Karcher 3000 PSI pressure washer and I can’t get it to start.- it used to run. Isn’t that old. “I’ve got a Kärcher G3000C pressure washer with a 196cc Loncin engine. Fuel reaches the carburettor, I’ve fitted a new spark plug, but it won’t fire at all. already established a few things that a mechanic would otherwise have to spend time (and charge you) figuring out: * Fuel reaches the carburettor bowl. * The air filter is clean. * The spark plug isn’t obviously fouled. * A new plug didn’t solve it. * The engine has been exposed to rain. * The fault appeared suddenly after it had been running. Trying to get it fixed for a reasonable price if not better to buy a new one. Cheers Ben

Ford transit van needs engine taken out and working second hand engine fitted. It requires some experience in common rail high-pressure fuel systems and pumps and some mechanical expertise and experience . Should be 6- 12 hour job if everything is smooth (never is). It is a VM ford transit 2010, long wheel base, High Roof, Rear wheel Drive, 6 speed manual, 2.4 TDCI that has a blown big end et requires a working H9FB with good injectors and fule system (as mine wouldn't hot start , and leaking injector was the culprit in big end damage) other auxiliaries on existing enjine I'm unsure of

1991 suzuki katana gsx250s. 4-cylinders 250cc bike has an engine rattle at low rpm. Bike idles around 500-800 and the engine usually has a rattling noise. Above 1000 rpm it disappears. After highway speeds the bike idles at 1500 and no noise. Bike was imported from Japan 1 year ago and sat for 8 months with occasional starting. New battery, oil filter, radiator fluid, brake fluid. Im looking to have the rattle fixed. Google says cam tensioner or valve clearances but having a mechanic look over it and maybe tune/ tweak it to make sure shes good to go. Planning to comute with it.
