I own a 2004 2uzfe 100 series. Meticulously maintained one, cut a long story short I took her for a spin the other day and the heater T went on me and caused the engine to over heat. Pulled over and had a mate who went and picked up some garden ts from Bunnings to get me outta trouble filled it up with water and got home fine. (Already replaced the Ts with metal ones to little to late) Started up the next day and white smoke was coming out of the exhaust so I dumped the oil and the water in the radiator/block. Refilled everything chucked some chem-weld in with the oil which stopped the white smoke. Didn’t drive it only idled it. Since the white smoke had stopped I dumped the oil again and put some fresh stuff in. No water in oil or evidence of water on oil cap.. Engine still runs fine. No knocks or weird noises noticed. I then tried to burp the radiator and noticed when I put my no spill funnel on with the cap off, I was getting pressure it would not burp even with front end jacked up which leads me to believe I have an exhaust leak which is entering the cooling system from bad gasket. I have all parts needed to do job, Ajusa head gaskets x2 New ajusa head bolts New platmium exhaust gaskets New ajusa plenum chamber gasket New upper plenum chamber gasket Seal rings and associated o-rings OME Thermostat/gasket Rocket cover gasket and o rings Timing belt kit seals,gates belt/tensioner/bearing Aisin water pump and gasket Idler pulley clutch fan and bracket Serpentine gates belt/pulley/serpentine belt tensioner Laser iridium x8 spark plugs Radiator cap (If I am missing something I will obtain) Oil/coolant and fuel/oil filter (will get distilled water to put in it first as I want to do a flush) I want the head to be sent for machining and crack tested to be on the safe side. Empties transmission oil instead of engine oil need refilling and seal replaced

I have a project boat which is now ready to have a Volvo AQD32 and Volvo 270 leg reinstalled. Engine has been restored and bench tested. Installing to a Markline 900 which is currently on the hardstand at Cove Marina Oyster Cove.

I bought new engine to put in my car and before i drop the engine in i need to plug in engine wiring loom while engine is on engine crane still. And check if all the wires to the coils are in correct order
