Need someone fluent in connect team in Xero to help intergrate these applications into my business for timesheet and payroll purposes

I'm after someone fluent in Vietnamese to speak to a cafe owner who doesn't speak fluent English. A few months ago she posted about stray cats hanging around her cafe, and reaching out for help. I organised a cat rescue organisation to help, who trapped, desexed, vaccinated and rehomed 40+ cats and kittens. The volunteer who did most of the work has her financial resources stretched to the limit and can not afford to take on the remaining 6 cats. She has helped this business owner by humanely taking away the majority of cats, who if it wasn't for her , the outdoor area of the cafe would smell of cat feces and urine, and be a very unhygienic place affecting the business. The colony would also be a population of over 80 cats and kittens if no action was taken, making it unmanageable. The volunteer has asked her to help financially which I think is fair since she's operating a profitable business and donations are tax deductible. Although neither her or her son replied when asked. You will need to talk to her in person and explain all this and if she still refuses to contribute, follow up by writing a letter of demand in Vietnamese ( although this would be a separate task) The cafe is in Wingfield.
