A customer needs support assembling their Koala sofa bed, they have experienced some difficulty so far. We're awaiting a new part to arrive which is being delivered on Wednesday between 10am-2pm. There are 2x armrests, 1x backrest, 1x baseboard and 1x seat cushion to be put together. The job should take roughly 20 minutes.
