We’re hosting a party and would love a professional (or experienced cook) to take care of a whole pig on a spit for us. We’ll handle all the salads, sides, and extras — just need someone who can manage the spit roast from start to finish so the pig is cooked perfectly and ready to serve at the right time. What’s Required: • Supply and set up spit equipment (unless you can confirm we can hire/provide it) • Cook and manage the pig on the spit (around [X] kg) • Ensure the meat is ready to carve and serve at the planned meal time • Bring all necessary gear (charcoal, gas, trays, utensils, etc.) • Clean up cooking area afterwards

Need someone to cook a BBQ for a party for around 30-40 people. BBQ and everything you need will be supplied, just need someone to cook the food. Also after everyone has finished eating will need you to clear the table, put cold food away if any and do a quick rinse & stack of dishes for us to wash. We’re looking for a BBQ chef to grill various meats at a garden party on 12 October. Guests will begin arriving from 2pm. The menu will mostly consist of a selection of sausages with a few steaks, cooked on demand throughout the afternoon. You’ll need to: • Arrive on time and be ready to start grilling by 2pm. • Grill meats as per guests’ preferences (e.g. rare, medium, well-done). • Be friendly and interactive with guests while keeping the BBQ area running smoothly. We will provide large Weber BBQ (4 burners). If you’re experienced with BBQ cooking and enjoy a relaxed but social atmosphere, this is a perfect gig for you!
