IKEA double bed assembly.
Stuart came and assembled my bed, he seemed nice and easy going, I left him to get on with it. As it was finishing it looked different and he then advised “it has two settings and usually I ask but I just assumed” When I said I wanted it to be how it was shown he said he would come back 2 days later to complete it. He pushed me to release the funds, so I did. We agreed on 10:30am Tuesday(today), he didn’t show up and he has now stopped responding to my messages. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with Airtasker but a warning to all, that even when you trust someone to do the right thing it can backfire. I would not use Stuart again for this reason as now I have to find someone to complete the task. Probably the worst part is the going awol and no replies, at least respond after someone has paid you.
