Hi! I’ve been invited to a South African Sokkie dance in 2 weeks and want to get confident with the basics beforehand. Looking for a couple private in-person lessons (45–60 minutes each) Sokkie is very similar to Texas two-step or casual social swing, so experience teaching any partner/social dance (ballroom, Latin, swing, two-step, etc.) is perfect. I’m a complete beginner. Important: I don’t have space at home, so I’m happy to come to you — your studio, hall, or convenient location in Western Sydney or anywhere in greater Sydney.
